Sephiroth redesign
Tried some Darth Sephiroth, mixed with Weiss' unit clothes
So feeeew time, can't even push it further...
Also tried to add a kind of meteor symbol in the bkgd
Okay this is not perfect (I know) but please if you want do some c/c (which is welcome) be respectful
For instance no c/c like " haha he's like a girl with ballz " or the famous and sarcastic " is it a girl? "...

The only part that raises my eyebrow a bit is the nose and lips, but other than that I can see that you've put hard work into it. After all, Sephiroth is an androgynous character and drawing characters like him is a pain in the ass. (Even after 7-8 years I still have to work on my anatomy and try to draw Sephiroth better...) The only advice I could suggest is lowering the hue/color on his lips. Something a little closer to his skin tone might work to make him look a little more masculine.
